I recently purchased a cylinder of Indique hair.   The purchase was made online, and it took three days to ship. I bought the hand-tied, wavy.  My experience with the use of of this product:   It does not remain wavy. After a washing and flat-ironing it, of course becomes straight.  But, once straightened, it remains straight.  However, this hair is soft, smooth and tangle-free.
